Chef Emmanuel Renaut and his wife Kristine announce the closure of Le Flocons de Sel in Megève for renovation.

Kristine and Emmanuel Renaut announce closure for renovation of Flocons de Sel as of September 1, 2024, with a planned reopening in spring 2025. This year marks 27 years since they settled in Megève, 12 of which were crowned with 3 Michelin stars. In 1997, Kristine and Emmanuel Renaut added a hotel to their restaurant: a 5-star Maison Relais & Châteaux on the heights of Megève, comprising four bedrooms, two junior suites, two private chalets called the “Mazots”, a 75m2 private apartment, and a 160m2 suite. Two new chalets have been added to the hotel offering, the first 160m2 in the heart of the village of Megève, and the second 100m2 near Flocons de Sel.
