By 2023, Accor will have passed the billion euro mark in EBITDA.

Group CEO Sébastien Bazin is forecasting sales of €5,056 million, up 20% on 2022. Record results achieved despite a complex geopolitical context. French hotel giant Accor has posted a 57% increase in net profit for 2023 to 633 million euros (602 million francs), and for the first time broke through the one-billion-euro EBITDA barrier, according to a press release on Thursday. The world’s sixth-largest hotel group, which owns brands such as Ibis, Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure and Pullman, benefited from “solid” demand across all these segments and geographical areas, and said it was “confident about its growth prospects in 2024”.
