It’s true that he’s just as comfortable behind the stoves of his gourmet restaurant at Domaine de Châteauvieux as he is in his Chez Philippe steak house, supervising the cooking of a T-Bone, or in one of his bistros, adjusting the seasoning of braised oxtail ravioli with foie gras. And yet, it’s official: in addition to all these activities, Philippe Chevrier is launching a consulting business to help entrepreneurs create or develop their businesses in the restaurant sector.
