Chef Yannick Alléno will soon be at the Hôtel Royal d'Evian for a 4-hand dinner alongside Patrice Vander.

Evian kicks off the new season in style with the arrival of the chef from Pavillon Ledoyen, Yannick Alléno. The chef from thehôtel RoyalPatrice Vander, welcomes the three-star Parisian chef for an exceptional evening. On Wednesday, September 11, the duo will propose a unique menu featuring the creations of these two immense chefs. These include the Christian Dior egg, smoked Féra with Wasabi condiment and Savoy apples, Saint-Pierre with yellow zucchini and Alpine curry, and Poularde de Bresse; some of the creations will be served with caviar from the Maison Prunier Caviar House. And if you feel like sleeping in, the hotel offers a package that includes dinner and a room.
