Opening of Café Bourdon
It’s an opening we’re very excited about. To our great delight, pastry consultant Elian Bernadac opens Café Bourdon with his wife Kristina. In a warm, contemporary atmosphere, the duo, on stage and off, offer local cuisine and a selection of quality wines at affordable prices. Enjoy breakfasts from 7 a.m., as well as daily specials for lunch, snacks and casual brunches on Saturdays and Sundays. Behind the stoves, none other than chef Caribay Coa (formerly of Fiske Bar, Cinquième Jour and Domaine de Châteauvieux) concocts the dishes on the menu. Visit us at 37 rue de la Servette for a tasting session. Choose from a Caesar salad, trout confit with braised endives and orange sauce, or salmon served with rice, fermented vegetables, fruit, cucumber and roasted sesame.
