Niels Rodin launches consultancy firm

We knew that Niels Rodin wasn’t going to rest on his laurels. After interviewing him for my podcast Clap de Faim alongside chef Dominique Gauthier, the citrus grower announced the start of a new entrepreneurial adventure. Starting this week, Niels Rodin will be opening an office where his precious know-how – accumulated over two decades – will be put at the service of the world of gastronomy.
