New Krug embassy in Switzerland
A symbol of excellence and refinement in the world of Champagne, the Maison Krug is proud to announce that the Stucki restaurant in Basel, represented by chef Tanja Grandits, has joined the Krug Embassies of Switzerland. The Champagne benchmark, which has been awarded two stars in the Michelin Guide and 19/20 points in Gault&Millau, continues to collaborate with the world’s finest restaurants and chefs to offer unforgettable gastronomic experiences. In the hands of Tanja Grandits since 2008, the Stucki in Basel has become a landmark of Swiss gastronomy, offering dishes that combine color and spice. It has been awarded two Michelin stars and distinctions such as the Gault & Millau “Koch des Jahres” title in 2014 and 2020. In 2023, Tanja Grandits was also honored by the Bundesverdienstkreuz for her role as culinary mediator between Germany and Switzerland.
