Morel evenings at Lexique

We know he’s discreet, and we know he doesn’t like social networking. We also know that Cyrille Montanier is a fantastic chef. Reluctant to use a virtual environment, this chef handles the art of the flame like few others. Respected by his peers and admired by his fellow chefs, Cyrille Montanier continues to officiate at Le Lexique with passion in his gourmet den on rue de la Faucille. Once again (and much to our delight), he’s organizing two morel-themed evenings on Friday May 3 and Saturday May 4. Gourmets and gourmands, hold on to your hats: fine morel and green asparagus tart, morel cream with foie gras cromesquis, chicken supreme with yellow wine and morel sauce.
