MiFood MiRaisin for breakfast
It’s been too long since we’ve said hello to Martin Reggiani in his gourmet den at MiFood MiRaisin and we need to remedy that immediately. As the Rue Henri-Blanvalet prepares for its nightly adventures, owner Martin Reggiani opens his doors Wednesday to Friday for lunchtime service. While we wait to discover chef Arnaud Brand’s cuisine, Martin suggests a burratina with artichokes and candied egg, followed by octopus, pear and peas, or beef tartare with olives and pesto. In the dining room, Laurine Doulcet guides diners through the intricacies of living wines.
