On February 5, the English capital hosted the presentation of the 50th selection of the Michelin guide Great Britain & Ireland. On the occasion of this anniversary ceremony, The Ledbury particularly stood out by being awarded a third star. Chef Bret Graham’s restaurant becomes the guide’s ninth three-star restaurant, adding to the London list. The city also boasts three new two-star restaurants and eleven new one-star establishments. Among the 1,162 establishments in the 2024 selection, six new restaurants have been awarded two stars and eighteen new restaurants have been awarded one star. As for the green distinction, six new establishments have been awarded the green star, bringing to thirty-three the number of restaurants recognized for their commitment to sustainability.
