For a new gourmet collaboration, the Matière restaurant team welcomes the Décanteur duo for an evening.

After a short and well-deserved summer break, Marion Ollivier, Lionel Schneider and Freddy Garanjoud are preparing a gourmet return to school by welcoming Francesco Mauri and Michael Ramollari from Le Décanteur. It’s always a pleasure to see Geneva’s young culinary stars teaming up on a regular basis, with the sole aim of delighting our taste buds! The menu is still under development, but the chefs are already giving us a foretaste of the ingredients that will make up the dishes served on this wonderful evening: burrata, artichokes, fresh pasta, vongole, pigeon… Join us on Saturday August 31 at Matière rue Micheli-du-Crest.
