Café Suisse chef Marie Robert turns the page on 2023 by completely renovating her gourmet restaurant.

More energetic than ever, chef Marie Robert even shows on social networks that she’s taking part in the demolition of her restaurant’s interior. The owner of Café Suisse in Bex is writing a new page in her history, starting with the decoration of the premises. Although the restaurant is due to reopen in March, no information has yet been released about the concepts the chef plans to bring to the fore. Let’s look forward to discovering her exciting Café Suisse in version 2.0.
