For one evening, Mama restaurant duo Leandro Cannone and Jérémie Brodard invite chef Benjamin Breton for a crazy dinner.

Benjamin Breton may be at his wits’ end on the heights of his village of Lucinges, but he’s not forgetting to return regularly to Geneva for gourmet collaborations. On July 24, the Michelin-starred chef from theAuberge de Lucinges will be preparing small plates in sharing mode, in association with typically Italian cocktails at Mama. Let yourself be seduced by a beef tartare / miso condiment, venison tortellini, grilled octopus / spicy chimichuri, nodino / anchovies / capers and cannolis with blackberry, pistachio and ricotta to finish on a sweet note. Rendezvous with these talented youngsters on July 24 from 6:00 p.m.
