L’Unico, a new trattoria in Carouge

The opening of the arcade at 45 rue Vautier, next to the famous restaurant Le Flacon, has been a long-awaited event. Since last week, it’s finally here, with theUnico. This new restaurant dedicated to transalpine cuisine is the brainchild of the Chuard family, owners and operators of Qu’importe in Carouge and Gradi24 in Plan-les-Ouates. Expect to be welcomed into a warm and colorful setting, and to enjoy Italian cuisine in a friendly, family atmosphere. Fresh pasta and pizzas are already rumored to be on the menu. Whether fondue restaurant, bistro, beef establishment or cheese shop, Carouge now has a brand-new Italian stronghold to add to the list.
