Lexique hunting evenings
Like a time-honored tradition, the hunting season is just around the corner. And as tradition would have it, the chef at Le Lexiquerestaurant, Cyrille Montanier, is proposing wonderful menus dedicated to this vanishing culinary art. For fans of this comfort food, get out your diaries and take note of the following: Fridays, lunchtimes and evenings, October 11, November 1 and 22, as well as Saturdays, October 12, November 2 and 23, will be entirely devoted to hunting, subject to reservation. It all begins with a crisp of truffled levreau before moving on to a marbré of marcassin and foie gras. Partridge with crème prise and porcini mushrooms brighten up the moment, before giving way to roast fillet of venison in a gingerbread crust and hare à la Royale. What a treat!
