For Luca Ragnelli, it’s not about making sauces (although the former owner of Le Décanteur in Eaux-Vives knows how to prepare them very well). It all starts with the organization of a few tailor-made dinners. Whether it’s an intimate meal in the comfort of your own home, or a gathering of epicureans in a more professional setting, Inès Abdallah and Luca Ragnelli combine their knowledge for the benefit of the kitchen. At the same time, the duo launched Sauce Clubtheir restaurant consulting company, to help entrepreneurs navigate the twists and turns of their daily lives. From developing menus and recipes, to decorating, training cooks, optimizing sales, communications and marketing… “We aim to support restaurateurs with rigor, precision, benevolence and humility,” explains Luca Ragnelli by telephone.
