Two emblematic Swiss wineries will be the focus of the next event organized by Wine District. For this wonderful evening, the founders of the wine import company, Charles Villa and Morgane Covino-Bellido, join the duo from La Michelineduo Camille Grange and chef Andres Arocena. In close collaboration with the latter, a menu specially created for the occasion will be served to guests in harmony with the wines of Domaine Obrecht in Graubünden and the Maison Carrée in Neuchâtel. The icing on the cake is that the owners of the wineries will be on hand for the occasion. For vineyard enthusiasts and fans of Andres Arocena’s cuisine, you’ll be able to sample “gambero rosso”, sea bass or superb Iberian pork… all paired with the wines from the estates.
