La Maison Massy at Njørden

The festive season is fast approaching in the village of Aubonne, with an evening of sharing and friendship on October 31. Much more than a simple event where gastronomy meets the world of wine, chef Philippe Deslarzes will be welcoming Benjamin Massy of the Domaine Viticole that bears his name. This high-flying gastronomic moment promises to be a veritable culinary odyssey, orchestrated around a menu tailor-made to match the Domaine’s wines. In keeping with the Nordic inspiration of the restaurant Njørdens Nordic-inspired menu, you’ll enjoy hot-smoked Swiss salmon, followed by moose entrecôte with cranberry sauce and crispy potatoes, before a selection of cheeses and a pear sweet.
