Kitchen stars in St. Moritz

The Hotel Kulm in St. Moritz is set to become the new gastronomic center of the Engadine this winter, with the opening of three restaurants in partnership with talented chefs and creators from around the world. Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco takes the helm at the Kulm Country Club, rising star of the British culinary scene TomBooton takes up residence at the legendary Sunny Bar, while Luke Edward Hall unveils his magical creations for the new Peruvian restaurant Amaru, in partnership with Peruvian chef ClaudiaCanessa. The Kulm has also appointed a “Director of Ambience”, Arman Naféei, who has devised a bespoke musical program. Renowned chef Mauro Colagreco returns to the Swiss Alps with his lifelong passion for excellence and generosity. His bold vision is combined with a strong commitment to sustainability: he makes a point of using all the varieties of ingredients around him, according to his hyper-local and hyper-seasonal philosophy.
