For the month of December, Jonas Bolle is back in the kitchen for a gourmet collaboration with Bành Mì.

What a pleasant surprise to find Jonas Bolle in Monday’s Food News… especially when he collaborates with Vanessa and Pierre, the gourmet instigators of Bánh Mì in Geneva. Since December 5, the former Natürlich chef has been concocting a Lacquered Duck Bánh Mì based on marinated, shredded duck leg cooked at low temperature, accompanied by its reduced pineapple jus. Served with julienne leeks, cucumber pickles, peanuts and fresh herbs. To be found at 10 place des Eaux-Vives, of course!
