At the brand new kā studio in Eaux-Vives, chef Jonas Bolle returns to the forefront of Geneva's gastronomic scene.

Jonas Bolle is back at last. Since his departure from the Natürlich restaurant, we’d lost sight of him for a while… only to find him again! With his angelic face and ideal son-in-law looks, this young chef made quite an impression behind the open kitchen stoves of the restaurant on rue de la Coulouvrenière. What does he have in store for us in this new adventure with kā studio in the heart of Les Eaux-Vives? Alongside the three founders, Ines de Bavier, Charlotte Cattaneo and Margaux de Lisle, he is proposing a “dirty & healthy” menu in line with this 360 space dedicated to well-being, which will open its doors the week of September 16.

Always in a relaxed mode, yet having refined its culinary research down to the last detail, you’ll find a Cajun-spiced “flat iron chicken” with fries, paying homage to the typical family Sunday chicken. Updated Eggs Benedict will be on the menu for weekend brunches, as will a ricotta snow salad and a tricolor quinoa, sweet potato and sage salad with a hint of soy. As for sandwiches, there’s plenty of room for gourmet delights, with a reinterpretation of Anthony Bourdain’s mortadella sandwich and a crazy “tuna melt”. We’re also delighted to find well-sourced coffees offered by passionate baristas. Open to all!
