James Bond at the Bürgenstock

Situated 500 metres above picturesque Lake Lucerne, the Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne has attracted many film icons and leading celebrities over the years. In the 60s, the resort served as the backdrop for the mythical Goldfinger in the James Bond saga. This year, on September 17, 2024, the Bürgenstock Resort will celebrate the ^60th anniversary of the release of this iconic film. To mark the occasion, a Goldfinger dinner will be held at the Oak Grill & Pool Patio on September 20 and 21, inspired by the gastronomic tastes of the world’s most glamorous spy. Indeed, each film features scenes of 007 feasting on his favorite foods during his scripted tribulations. Guests can enjoy a four-course tasting menu featuring the finest seasonal produce, expertly flame-grilled to the rhythm of piano accompaniment.
