Jacopo Romagnoli in Zurich for three nights

Jacopo Romagnoli ventures into Zurich’s culinary heartland for a crazy gourmet collaboration. If you’d like to cross the Röstigraben for this gourmet opus, this Food News is for you. On Thursday October 2, Friday October 3 and Saturday October 4, the chef of the Gallo will create a five-course menu, presented on a long table in the style of a banquet. With Mediterranean cuisine interwoven with Italian and French culture, who better than the Signau House & Garden Boutique Hotel to host the finest in Geneva cuisine. It would be hard to imagine such a culinary moment without the wines proposed by Luca Grandjean, the event’s organizer, under the watchful eye of Shigeru Takahashi of the company In Vino Sitis. “The idea is to introduce the people of Zurich to Gallo’s world and cuisine in gastronomic mode.
