Chef Christophe Pagnot and the hotel brigade Bristol in Geneva have imagined a colorful menu based on light, summery creations, with revisited classics such as burgers, club sandwiches and tartines, tuna tataki, ceviche and beef tagliata. Served non-stop from noon to 11pm, 7 days a week, in the hotel’s air-conditioned restaurant, at the bar or on the terrace ideally nestled in the verdant Mont-Blanc square, this menu celebrates the simple pleasures of summer. For the occasion, the terrace has been completely redesigned to create a summery, elegant and intimate atmosphere. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, the shade of the hundred-year-old trees in the square will provide well-being and serenity. This confidential new address at number 10 rue du Mont-Blanc is first and foremost a convivial, high-quality space just a stone’s throw from the lake.
