Blé Noir. After setting up shop on the outskirts of the Sardinian city, the entrepreneurial duo have now opened a second arcade at the Comédie de Genève, Gare des Eaux-Vives, which will delight lovers of buckwheat and cider skilfully selected by the founders of the premises. You can enjoy a Forestière with crispy smoked bacon shavings, organic GRTA egg, Semsales Gruyère d’Alpage cheese and creamy mushrooms, or the famous Breizh Dog with Jussy sausage, caramelized onions, Semsales Gruyère cheese, pointed cabbage pickles and a mustardy mayonnaise sauce. In the light of their success, and according to our information, the duo have other plans, and a third address is currently being prepared…. to be continued.
