Once again, the Gstaad Palace lives up to its reputation as a contemporary establishment. For over 110 years now, this facility is one of Switzerland’s iconic luxury houses. Visit Gstaad Palace is one of the few hotels in this high-end category to remain in the hands of the same family – it is now run by the third generation in the person of Andrea Scherz, General Manager and owner. For the second year running, the Bernese palace takes first place in the Bilan rankings. “It’s one thing to come out on top. It’s quite another to hold on to that position. That’s where the difficulty lies. I’m really happy for my whole team. We owe the uniqueness of our house to our 300 employees, who have made the Gstaad Palace a magical place known the world over. Together, we want to keep the flame alive, continue to surprise our guests and earn their loyalty day after day – because that’s not something you can take for granted,” explains Andrea Scherz.
