Gourmet Brothers at Refettorio

Always on the lookout for gourmet collaborations to help the less fortunate, Chef Walter El Nagar and his entire brigade welcome the catering team from Gourmet Brothers for an upcoming Guest Chef Series. None other than chef Giuseppe Dell’Aquilla will be making the trip to the Refettorio Geneva. Under the banner of conviviality and benevolence, the whole group will meet in the Solidaite refectory under the direction of the elegant Lavinia Benazzo. The Léguriviera company has donated all the fruit and vegetables used to prepare the menu. The menu, which includes Geneva asparagus and vegetable tarama, slow-cooked Arctic char and turnip veil, has many more surprises in store. So mark your calendars for this lunch, to be held on Friday April 26 at 12.15pm at Refettorio Geneva.
