Frédéric Anton opens La Ferme du Pré

Frédéric Anton, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, announces the opening of La Ferme du Pré, a new restaurant nestled in a historic building directly opposite his three-star Michelin restaurant. The space already existed, but had not been used for years. Frédéric Anton decided to bring the place back to life with old-fashioned recipes, rustic decor and classic tableware from the Pré Catelan. The chef has the unconditional support of his right-hand man, Mehdi Sgard, who will compose classic, elegant bistro dishes. According to our information, dishes such as boeuf bourguignon, goujonnette de sole and crème brûlée will feature on the menu. “I’d had this project in mind for 27 years, the idea of opening a bistro opposite the Pré Catelan,” confides the chef.
