Let’s face it, what a career! After l’Artichaut, le Café de la Paix, le Bologneand leBleu Nuit– in association with Mathias Fréré for the latter – chef Florian Le Bouhec announces the takeover of the restaurant Le Dorian. Long under the command of Paolo Pettina, this Geneva institution, located on Place René-Payot and showcasing Italian gastronomy, had disappeared from the gastronomic radar with the passing of time and changes of ownership. The challenge is enormous for the man behind the famous pluma de pata negra, which still has the whole of Geneva on rue Necker in a frenzy. With the arrival of this colorful character, the Quartier des Banques continues its culinary ennoblement, much to our delight. What’s on the menu? Gourmet dishes, outstanding service, a few cuts in the dining room and a varied wine list. We’re delighted to (re)discover this cherished establishment, and congratulate the multi-talented chef.
