In the same spirit of sharing for those in need, Chef Walter El Nagar and his team at Refettorio Geneva welcome Chef Fadi Kattan on Friday June 28, 2024 for the next Guest Chef Series. Growing up in Bethlehem, Fadi Kattan inherited his love of food from his maternal grandmother. In 2015, he opened Fawda, his restaurant in Bethlehem. At the same time, he pioneered the region’s first gastronomic tours, where tourists could explore Bethlehem’s markets, meet farmers and artisans, and taste wild herbs, fresh cheeses and taboun bread. Fadi Kattan’s cuisine and expertise combine global influences, a desire for perfection and a passion for sharing the stories of local gatherers, gardeners, farmers and cooks.
