Eyal Shani at Calvin

It’s been almost a year since Israeli chef Eyal Shani created the menu for the festive restaurant Chez Calvin. To the delight of fans of his cuisine, he will be officially in the kitchens of the Rue du Nant establishment on January 25, 26 and 27. On the first evening, Eyal Shani will set off, take the temperature of Geneva and light the flame in the restaurant’s ovens. On the second evening, he’ll step up a gear, offering a participatory culinary experience in direct immersion with diners from the restaurant’s large copper counter. For his final sequence, he’ll set out to conquer the Marché de Rive in the morning (registration required) and propose a menu based on products selected that very morning. So don’t hesitate to join Fabian Affentranger and his team for three days of madness!
