Dorian opens on August 16

Just a little longer, we’re almost there. After l’Artichaut, le Café de la Paix and Le Bologne, chef Florian Le Bouhec is about to open Le Dorian. Be loans festivities begin on August 15. In this brasserie Italian must-have, held for decades by Paolo Pettina, the owner of Bleu Nuit wants to preserve the soul of the place while by adding a touch of modernity. The decor of Geneva’s gastronomic jewel has been completely redesigned by Yuri Kravchenko : new bar, new veranda, new dining room and even new carpeting. The chef is already looking forward to preparing his first cards. According to our information, we expect to taste typical brasserie dishes French with transalpine influences. In the dining room, Florian Le Bouhec can count on young Guillaume Nonnet and Andrea Branca behind the stove.
