It’s official and still hot off the press: pastry chef and chocolatier Christophe Renou is further consolidating his presence in downtown Geneva. After a brand-new arcade recently opened in Eaux-Vives, he’s back in the lower streets. More entrepreneurial than ever, this time he strikes a blow by setting up shop in the Halle de Rive, the nerve center of our beautiful city of Calvin, right next to master butcher Debarre & Decré. Let’s congratulate this passionate enthusiast, who continues to write magnificent sweet chapters to the delight of gourmets.
