Cheval Blanc opens Céleste
A transparent bubble sits on the roof of the Cheval Blanc Paris on the 10th floor. Under the crystal vaulted ceiling, facing the constellations, some thirty seats create a soft, warm atmosphere: a bubble suspended between the sky and the lights of the city. Céleste’s menu will evolve according to the rare bottles selected by the Maison’s sommeliers. It is accompanied by finger-tip creations, including a selection of temaki and gunkan-maki signed by chef Takuya Watanabe.
