Has the recent opening of Cyril Lignac’s patisserie given Les Airelles hotel group and Cédric Grolet some entrepreneurial ideas? Cédric Grolet ? In any case, one thing is certain: a sweet wave is sweeping through the famous village of Saint-Tropez. The pastry chef, known for his trompe l’oeil desserts and millions of fans on Instagram, is offering a sweet selection of his signature creations, viennoiseries and pastries until October 13 at the Château de la Messardière. The 2024 summer vintage also marks the opening of a Cédric Grolet boutique in the heart of the Var village, in place of the Zetta pizzeria (also owned by the group). Let’s wish him a fine season under the Tropezian sun.
