Bisou Bar
It’s finally done! Virginie Morillo has opened the doors of her Bisou Bar in the Plainpalais district. The arcade housed a former Italian grocery store in the 50s, and the new owner has made sure to preserve the retro soul of the place. The wood and olive green covering some of the walls match the bottles of wine Virginie has carefully selected. Following in the footsteps of Chez Jean-Luc and Sadara, Virginie is in perfect harmony with her new establishment. On the program: natural wines, fine cuisine, artists and a collection of books.
