Bevanar SA and Dorga Restauration Service SA will merge to become a single entity, henceforth known as Bevanar & Dorga SA. As a Swiss family business, founded by Mr. Emil Rusterholz in 1963 and based in Geneva, Dorga Restauration Service SA is a major player in the distribution of specialist brands and products to the best professionals in the gastronomy, hotel, hospital and bar sectors in French-speaking Switzerland. As for Bevanar SA, also a Swiss family business founded by Mrs. Giovanna Armengol in 1969 in Geneva, it began by designing bonbonnières and wedding articles, before specializing in the import and distribution of premium brands for pastry and delicatessen. Today, it distributes over 5,000 products throughout Switzerland.
