Benjamin Luzuy at Bellevue

We could almost say “and one more”, given Benjamin Luzuy’s string of projects in Geneva and beyond. So let’s start by saying “so much the better” to this initiative which brings the founder of Gourmet Brothers to the Right Bank. The Bellevue municipal authorities, keen to revive this emblematic site, have chosen (by unanimous vote of the selection committee) Benjamin Luzuy and his team to lead this new adventure. The project is huge! With an 18-room hotel and a restaurant seating around 100 in three different rooms, all decorated by the inimitableYouri Kravtchenko, the Geneva-based restaurateur aims to bring a touch of modernity while respecting the popular, accessible feel of the establishment, which will have the feel of a Geneva brasserie. Terroir, locality, lakeside and family are the watchwords of the lakeside establishment with Mont Blanc as a backdrop. Alongside Jacopo Romagnoli and Giuseppe Dell’Aquila, pastry chef Yohan Coiffard will oversee the Auberge’s kitchen. Scheduled to open in 2025.
