Benjamin Garin joins Goutatoo

After Olivier Jean, chef at Atelier Joël Robuchon, and Kévin Veronese, chef at Bistrot Le Dix Vins in Carouge, it’s now the turn of Benjamin Garin, chef at L’Odéon, to join the Goutatoo association of chefs. After organizing the monthly dinners of the brotherhood of chefs, this key player in Geneva bistronomy has just been inducted and joins the organization alongside Jean-Marc Bessire, Vincenzo de Rosa and Enzo Cianci. “I’m very proud and honoured to join the Goutattoo.
