Asian flavours at the Woodward Hotel

For chefs Alain Verzeroli and Olivier Jean, it’s time for an Asian-inspired gastronomic reunion. From September 17 to 19, you’ll find them at the restaurant Le Jardinier at the Woodward to enjoy a menu paying homage to Asian culinary culture. From Tokyo for Alain to Taipei for Olivier, the two chefs combine their knowledge to offer an exclusive menu of four pats to be served for lunch and dinner. Guests will be able to enjoy this journey to Asian lands, with a selection of infusions, teas and sakes to accompany the dishes. To whet your appetite, a red tuna, cucumber marinated in sesame and yuzu lemon followed by eggplant perlina, soy, vegetable curry and crispy shiso-gruyère rice await you for a gourmet moment.
