Anne-Sophie Pic announces her return to Lausanne
It’s news that almost makes us want summer to come to an end, so that we can discover the new home of the world’s most Michelin-starred chef. On Thursday, September 5,Anne-Sophie Pic will open the doors of her new Lausanne address, promising a gastronomic experience to match the legendary beauty of the Beau-Rivage Palace. Under the direction of architect Tristan Auer, the restaurant is also making its way, combining refined spaces that augur promising success. Anne-Sophie Pic has entrusted́ all the secrets of her Swiss producers and artisans to her Chef Jordan Theurillat, who has been loyal to her for over 10 years, including 5 years spent in Lausanne. Dominique Peretti, also from the Pic house, will be in charge of pairings and the magnificent wine list. Finally, in the dining room, Diane Blanch, the Lausanne restaurant’s director since 2021, will ensure that the Lausanne experience remains at the heart of Anne-Sophie Pic’s values.
