On February 7, the pastry chef will open a new Parisian boutique: Cédric Grolet Café. Located at 6 rue Danielle Casanova in Paris’s second arrondissement, the venue will offer hot and cold drinks (Flat White, Milk Punch…) and coffees from Ethiopia and Brazil. Two new sweet creations will also be on the menu: croissants-beignets and cookies-pizzas by the slice, or in XXL format. “With the opening of this new boutique, I’m delighted to be able to offer a new concept with new creations that will evolve in five variations over the seasons, just like my collections,” explains Cédric Grolet.
