The new gourmet restaurant “Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac” at theHôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo will open in spring 2023. The chef will offer contemporary, gourmet Mediterranean cuisine, inspired by his own gastronomic heritage. This warmly atmospheric setting, imagined by Jacques Garcia, will be the promise of a moment of sharing, where guests will be invited to rediscover the flavors of the Mediterranean sublimated by respect for French culinary art.
