The EHL Hospitality Business School is delighted to announce the organization of its first ever Amateur Pastry Competition.

EHL opens its doors to patisserie enthusiasts for a unique event: a competition dedicated to amateurs, organized by Chef Julien Boutonnet, EHL teaching master and Meilleur ouvrier de France Pâtissier-Confiseur. More than just a competition, this event is a true celebration of sharing and conviviality. Participants will have the opportunity to unleash their creativity while enjoying the pleasure of exchanging ideas with renowned professionals and learning together. “This competition is a great opportunity to bring together passionate pastry enthusiasts and, above all, to share moments rich in learning and creativity. I can’t wait to see how each finalist reinterprets the tradition of the Yule log, and I can’t wait to host this final, which promises to be rich in flavour,” declares Julien Boutonnet. The competition final, to be held on December 7, 2024 on the EHL campus in Lausanne, aims to celebrate the art of pastry-making, culinary creativity and conviviality. REGISTRATION
