The Franco-Peruvian restaurant Jules-Edouard has decided to add a few Thai dishes to its menu.

The Jules-Edouard has been making its mark on Geneva’s culinary scene. This discreet restaurant, dedicated to Peruvian bistronomy – always with a French touch – offers generous dishes to be shared in a convivial atmosphere. Owners Julien Grenon and Eduardo Niezen have decided to reinterpret some classic Thai dishes in Peruvian style. In addition to Thai beef salad with wasine sauce, they offer a filet of lean beef with green curry. Chef Pablo Estrada Marpatida is currently working on four new proposals. But regulars can rest assured that the Peruvian spirit remains at Jules-Edouard.
