A rotisserie in Collex-Bossy

It’s on the Gindre-Constantin farm that the Rôtisserie de la Ferme has taken its place. Located in the heart of the Collex-Bossy commune, this unique complex of over 1,000 m2 includes a restaurant, café, grocery store, office and even play areas. This ambitious project aims to bring families and the world of work together in an atypical, welcoming and convivial setting. On the restaurant side, the décor has been entirely redesigned using eco-responsible materials, while retaining the historic aspect with a minimalist, contemporary touch. The menu, which is regularly renewed, offers a wide range of plant-based options, as well as a selection of dishes featuring local producers. A culinary dynamic that continues in the grocery store with artisan breads, wines and oils. “Our aim is to create a popular place, a space for sharing, designed to be of service to the community,” says manager Jean-Pierre Tanous.
