A raclette at the buvette
A raclette at the Buvette! Just for the play on words alone, we had to think of it. Not only does it have a nice ring to it, but it’s also a highly original idea. And it’s not just any buvette, since you can now enjoy a wonderful raclette accompanied by a glass of white wine, while taking in the exceptional view of the lake and the city of Geneva. An initiative of Aymon Choisy, who continues to enliven this place, a fitting tribute to our beautiful city of Calvin. And if this traditional Swiss dish doesn’t appeal to you, you’ll have the chance to appreciate the cuisine of talented chef Jean-Briac Monboussin with a Croustillant de ris de veau, salade de jeunes pousses or a Tourte de cerf d’Alsace-Lorraine. Happiness is close to the lake, at Restaurant de la Plage des Eaux-Vives.
