Romain Meder, former chef at the Plaza-Athénée alongside Alain Ducasse, announces the closure of the Michelin-starred Les Chemins restaurant in Domaine de Primard.

Group member Les Domaines de Fontenille, founded by Frédéric Biousse and Guillaume Foucher, the Domaine de Primard and chef Romain Meder announce the closure of the gastronomic restaurant Les Chemins after two years of operation. Faithful lieutenant of chef Alain Ducasse in his culinary vision of Naturalité, Romain Meder is an exceptionally talented chef with a remarkable sense of humility. A poignant moment during an interview with the chef in the kitchens of the Plaza-Athénée, shortly before the arrival of his successor Jean Imbert, known for attracting stars. At the Domaine de Primard, Romain Meder had created a large kitchen garden with the help of local producers and a master gardener who took great care with the environment, the seasons and nature. He has always maintained a pure, vegetal style of cooking, emphasizing the product while respecting its simplicity. We look forward to meeting this chef again on a future adventure…
