Spinach carpaccio
Sporting his usual floral shirts and blue apron, Jan Bertiaux is back! After l’Artichaut, he’s back at 6 rue Dancet, not far from here, to restore the reputation of room service, which has been losing ground. In this cosy wine bar, the owner welcomes his guests with undiminished pleasure. In the dining room and in the kitchen, a spirited youth lends a talented hand. While Anatole Dubin ably assists the owner on the guest side, it’s Roxanne Djabali who prepares a menu of shared dishes. For a touch of freshness, a glass of chenin subtly accompanies scallop carpaccio and celery remoulade. We’re delighted to return to this new gourmet den dedicated to the wonderful world of vines and gastronomy. Long live l’Épinard!
