Sashimi at Sachi

Since its opening, the Sachi restaurant in the heart of Geneva’s Mandarin Oriental hotel has been the talk of the town, and a great success with Geneva’s gourmets. On the veranda, in the dining room, leaning against the bar or sitting at the counter in front of the sushi masters, this new Japanese temple is a success. Chef Mitsuru Tsukada, a.k.a. “Mitsu”, and Bastien Zimmermann’s management of the restaurant at peak times, have a lot to do with it. Even though winter is fast approaching, why not succumb to one of the most bewitching light, marine entries. A favorite, yellowtail sashimi with soy and yuzu sauce is a sweet gastronomic seduction.
